50% deposit required to secure the booking.
Remaining balance payable two weeks prior to arrival.
In the case of a Peak Season booking (December, January & Easter) final payment is required one month prior to date of arrival.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit is payable directly to the hosts.

More than 1 month before check-in 100% fee refunded
More than 1 week before check-in 50% fee refunded
Less than 1 week before check-in 0% fee refunded
